Gateway Christian Middle School

Middle School is an exciting and transformative time in a student’s journey as they transition from childhood to adolescence. During these years, students experience remarkable growth, not only academically but also in maturity and personal responsibility. They begin to discover their unique talents and passions through participation in athletics, fine arts, and various school clubs, all while learning the importance of leadership, teamwork, and resilience. As they step into new opportunities, such as choosing some of their classes and managing their own assignments, they are trusted to take on more responsibility—but don’t worry, our staff is always ready to lend a hand when they forget their locker combinations! 

This is also a critical time for deepening their spiritual understanding. Through our DiscipleU program, we guide students as they explore their faith more seriously, helping them develop a deeper relationship with God. Important moments, such as retreats, provide valuable experiences for spiritual growth and reflection. At Gateway Christian Academy, we reinforce our mission to train students spiritually, academically, socially, and physically, preparing them to impact the world for Christ. 

Middle School students also enjoy a fun daily snack break where they can visit the “Sader Snack Shop,” offering them a chance to relax and recharge during the day. Additionally, we host a special open house for students and their families, providing an opportunity to meet the teachers, tour the Upper School building, and ask any questions.
